At a very quick glance, this looks like a bug here:
at er.extensions.foundation.ERXProperties.intForKeyWithDefault(ERXProperties.java:1003)
I can confirm your observation: stringForKey() returns null, and intForKey() crashes.
If you open a GitHub issue, I'll take a closer look later.
