It is caused by the removal of the =E2=80=9Enavigator=E2=80= =9C view (https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?= id=3D550379). A cursory search for navigator lists 3 places where nav= igator is referenced in WOLips:

Hello everyone,

My Eclipse upgraded itself to Version 2023-06.  I first noticed my W= OLips perspective button turned into WOLips text.  I also had compil= ation errors.

I had to reinstall WOLips.  Now the WOLips icon for the WOLips persp= ective is showing normal, e.g. the one that looks like an EO.

But now, Eclipse won=E2=80=99t open any of my WO components.

Anybody having these problems?
