"All" is just Ralf. I opened Eclipse 2024-03 for the first time, only to get that error.
Within minutes, my mail client said "bing!" and it was a notification about Ralf's fix PR.
So I tested the fork a bit, worked fine, just merged. So thanks Ralf! Perfect timing :)
