It appears the you are still using Ant builds. I have started using Maven and I finally have things working.
HOWEVER, I have a D2W app that was started with the Ant paradigm. After learning maven and switching my app over (it is much cleaner) many of the images from ERModernDefaultSkin do not display in development.
When I do the mvn package and send it to an Apache server, all images display perfectly.
I think (really bad idea) if I continue with maven builds, I will have to get my Apache on my dev box (Tahoe 26) to work of my development builds.

Of course the href above is missing the NEXT_ROOT (/opt/webobjects as the first part of the listing.
Please any ideas what I am missing? when I list the directory, it shows all the files are owned by appserver:appserveradm
