If your app depends on Foo.framework 1.0, you need to have that project =
open in your Eclipse workspace and the POM showing version 1.0=E2=80=94not=
 1.1, not 1.0-SNAPSHOT, etc. They need to match precisely.

In any case, if the workaround doesn't solve this for you, then we're =
talking about two different problems.
