Any ideas, or do I have to run through Apache?
this is from my POM:

as well as ERModernLook
My workSpace has only ONE project. Nothing else!
I can run in development mode, but notice the login button and
the Tabs are missing in the second example.
and
if I import d2w into the WorkSpace, clean and launch:
