Hi Ted,

we had the same Issue.

it turned out that the application was not able to understand the admin commands from the WOMonitor.


Adding


<dependency>
     <groupId>xerces</groupId>
     <artifactId>xercesImpl</artifactId>
     <version>2.12.2</version>
     <scope>compile</scope>
</dependency>


to the pom.xml did fix the problem (at least in our case)
