I used the WebObjects jar files and frameworks that were already present on my development system to build all our applications.
I was unable to build a version of mod_WebObjects that worked, so I migrated all our user-facing WebObjects apps to use Tomcat.
Currently all our background and user-facing WebObjects applications are running fine using either the Intel or ARM version of Java.
