| I tried installing WebObjects to /Users/Shared/Development/ with
java -jar WOInstaller.jar 5.4.3 /Users/Shared/Development/temp-stuff
From there I moved the result to
/Users/Shared/Development/Libraries/System (and Local)
I pulled the current Wonder with git to:
/Users/Shared/Development/WonderSource/
Then I fixed the wolips.properties to point to this WebObjects installation. (~/Library/Application Support/WOLips/wolips.properties )
cd to wondersource folder and
ant frameworks
Nothing but failure. It looks like ant cannot find the WebObjects install.
So I changed to use a folder ~/Developer/
I am asking, What installation method has worked on Big Sur 11.3. ?
I will keep hacking away.. if I find something, I will share.

I installed Big Sur last week and, I have to say, what a stinker. I installed on a "MacBook Pro (13-inch, 2019)". The fan spins up _way_ more often and there is a noticeable lag when switching windows or switching apps or when videos switch to full-screen. I figured going to a ".3" version of the new OS would be safe. But, wow. On the other hand, WebObjects apps and java apps (eg JOSM) seem to run a bit faster. I have been using WO on Big Sur 11.3 on my development M1 Mac Mini for a while and have it running in limited production on a couple M1 Mac Minis also running Big Sur.
